I am finding this is the most common issue among the industry closely followed by not realising this applies to every project that needs building regulations (not just HRBs) since 1st October 2023.....why is construction so slow to change?

It has ever been so, since I joined the "building Control" world on Tuesday 1st October 1974 (as I was at Tech College 'day release' on Monday 30.09.74) the construction industry has been "isolated" and "it won't happen here, mate!"
